All athletes who play polo or swim at Drake in 2011/2012 must sign up with US Water Polo for insurance purposes.

This is mandatory for all athletes in our club in order to practice and play with SHAQ.

If you are new to SHAQ please wait until after November 1 to register for insurance.

Membership Terms: Memberships are on a calendar-year basis, and expire on December 31. However, If you register between November 1 and December 31, your membership will be valid for the following year as well.

The one year price is $60 or $80. The $80 price allows your child to participate in the Junior Olympics this summer. You can always add to the $60 price later.
